Chabowo [ xaˈbɔvɔ ] ( German Alt Falkenberg ) is a village in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland . It belongs to Gmina Bielice (municipality of Beelitz) in the Powiat Pyrzycki (Pyritzer Kreis) . The village is located 4 km northeast of Bielice, 13 km northwest of Pyrzyce and 26 km southeast of Szczecin .
history
Until 1945 Alt Falkenberg formed a rural community in the Pyritz district of the Prussian province of Pomerania . The Graepsche Mühle residential area also belonged to the rural community . In 1910 the municipality had 380 inhabitants, in 1925 335 inhabitants in 73 households, in 1933 333 inhabitants and in 1939 338 inhabitants.
