The Changla is a 6563 m high mountain in the Himalayas in the west of Nepal on the border with the Tibet Autonomous Region .
The Changla is located in the north of the Changla Himal mountain range , on the watershed between Humla Karnali in the west and Yarlung Tsangpo in the east. The eastern slopes on the Tibetan side are glaciated . The Humla district is located on the west side of the Changla . The 6,721 m high Kubi Kangri is located almost 20 km south-southeast.
The Changla has not yet been climbed. In 1998 a 14-person expedition led by Tamotsu Ohnishi attempted to climb, but they only reached the south-west summit ( 6,162 m ).
