Charles Goulaouic (* 1938 in Rosnoën , Bretagne ; † 1984 ) was a French mathematician who dealt with analysis ( functional analysis , partial differential equations ).

Goulaouic studied at the École normal supérieure and received his doctorate in 1967 with Jacques-Louis Lions (Interpolation entre espaces vectoriels topologiques). Afterwards he was Maitre de Conferences and then Professor at the University of Rennes 2 . From 1970 he was at the University of Paris-South .
