Charles Netter (born September 14, 1826 in Strasbourg , † October 2, 1882 in Jaffa ) was a French Chowew Zion .

Netter was a co-founder of the Alliance Israélite , founded the agricultural school Mikveh Israel in Palestine and supported the aid organization for the Jews persecuted in Russia.
