The Chausseehaus near Lüttchendorf is a monument in the lake district of Mansfelder Land in the district of Mansfeld-Südharz in Saxony-Anhalt .

The Prussian Staatschaussee from Berlin to Kassel was built in sections in the 1820s. This means that the buildings along the street can also be dated relatively well. The route from Langenbogen to Nordhausen was built between 1824 and 1826. Since the road houses had to be finished with the opening of the road , as their residents regulated the traffic on the roads, waited the road and collected the road money, one can assume that the Chausseehaus east of Lüttchendorf was essentially built in 1825 and completed in 1826. It consists of living quarters for the taker and an expedition room attached to the south, which extends almost directly to the street.

Typical of the chausseehouses in what was then Mansfeld Seekreis is a distinctly classicist construction with a crooked hip roof, symmetrical arrangements and arched windows. It is assigned to the type designs by Karl Friedrich Schinkel. If such a building was not up to the requirements, it was evidently relatively easy to expand. The first such conversion can be traced back to 1831, when an enlargement was necessary. While other Chausseehaus in the Mansfelder Land have only survived in major changes, such as the Chausseehaus in Eisleben-Helfta, a relatively pure architectural style has been preserved here.

The listed transport structure at today's Bundesstraße 80 , which is an important example of the early Prussian state expansion in the 19th century, is registered in the monument register with registration number 094 76455. Opposite is the quarter milestone of Lüttchendorf . Similar to these, street houses are part of the basic equipment of Prussian state show lakes.
