Cheminova is a Danish plant protection product manufacturer based in Aarhus , which was sold by parent company Auriga Industries to the US FMC Corporation in 2014 . The main location is in Thyborøn .

In 2013 Cheminova generated 38% of its sales in Europe and 30% in Latin America.

In 2008/2011 the Stader company Stähler Agrochemie was taken over; The products include, for example, azoxystrobin , Bacillus thuringiensis ( Dipel ES ), chloridazon , chlorotoluron , dicamba , flutriafol , fosetyl-aluminum , mesotrione , metamitron , metsulfuron methyl , pethoxamid and phenmedipham .
