Chen Lei ( Chinese  陈磊 , Pinyin Chén Lěi ; born December 28, 1984 ) is a Chinese ice hockey player who was under contract with China Dragon in the Asia League Ice Hockey until 2017 .

Career

Chen Lei began his career as an ice hockey player with the regional team in Qiqihar, for which he competed in the Chinese ice hockey league since 1999 and with which he became national champion in 2000, 2001, 2004 and 2006. From 2005 he played with the team, which called itself Changchun Fu'ao since 2006 , in the Asia League Ice Hockey . Since 2008 he has been on the ice for China Dragon and its predecessor China Sharks in the Asia League Ice Hockey.

International

For China, Chen Lei took part in the junior division of Asia Division I of the U18 World Cup in 2000 and Division III of the U20 World Cup in 2004 .

In the senior division, the striker was in China's squad in Division II at the 2006 , 2009 and 2010 World Championships . At the 2007 World Cup he played with the team from the Middle Kingdom in Division I.
