Cheng Tianfang
Cheng Tianfang ( Chinese 程 天放 , Pinyin Chéng Tiānfàng ; born February 22, 1899 in Hangzhou , Chinese Empire , † November 29, 1967 in New York City ) was a Chinese diplomat and politician.
Life
From 1936 to 1938 Cheng Tianfang was ambassador in Berlin .
From 1939 to 1943 he was dean of Sichuan University . Cheng Tien-fong was Chiang Kai-shek's representative at UNESCO . From 1950 to 1954 he was Minister of Education in Taipei .
