action

Lou Marazano was once a feared mob enforcer in Chicago, but his reputation has suffered severely in the past twenty years since his wife left him. In the end he is even unable to support his daughter financially because her ex-husband, who is also a mafioso in a different gang, does not pay child benefit. So he asks the street boss Lorenzo Galante for a job again. Although the latter is reluctant to give him the job, he sends him off to eliminate several potential witnesses. As before, after a successful murder, Maranzano sends the wife of his victim a bouquet of flowers. Ray Berkowski, a veteran cop, then recognizes Marazano's actions from his heyday and takes over the case.
