The China Resources Headquarters is a super skyscraper in the Chinese metropolis of Shenzhen . The building opened in 2018 and is the third tallest building in the city with a height of 392 meters; it already overtook Shun Hing Square during construction in 2016 . It is only topped by the Pingan International Finance Center and the KK100 . The skyscraper has 67 floors, most of which are used as offices. The colonels are used as a hotel. The China Resources Headquarters is part of a 3 billion US dollar project which will include hotels, offices and shopping centers on a total area of ​​760,000 m². Like the Pingan International Finance Center and other super-tall skyscrapers, this building was designed by the architects Kohn Pedersen Fox .
