On Shun Hing Square ( der 兴 广场 ) stands the fourth tallest skyscraper in the city of Shenzhen , the Diwang Dasha (Earth King Skyscraper ). Taking into account the steel spikes, the tower is 384 meters high, making it the fourth tallest building in the city after the Pingan International Finance Center (599 meters), Kingkey 100 (442 meters) and the China Resources Headquarters (392 meters). At the time of its completion in 1996, the skyscraper was the tallest skyscraper in China and the third tallest in the world after the Sears Tower in Chicago and the towers of the World Trade Center in New York. It was the first time a skyscraper outside the United States towered over the famous Empire State Building . However, only according to the structural height, both the roof and the antenna top of the Empire State Building are higher than the roof or the spire of the Shun Hing Square. It remained the tallest building in Shenzhen until 2011.

In the building, also known as the Di Wang Commercial Building , there are 273,349 m² of offices for international companies, apartments and a shopping mall. Together with the 33-story annex apartment building, Shun Hing Square forms an important retail center in the city. The architects at KY Cheung Design Associates created a modern exterior with a gray-green glass facade. In the upper part of the building, two acute triangles protrude from the building on the left and right; At night the steel spikes are illuminated.

On the 69th floor at a height of about 300 meters is a publicly accessible (chargeable) floor with a 360 ° view over Shenzhen.
