China Xinhua Airlines ( Chinese 中国 新华 航空 ) is a Chinese airline based in Beijing and based at Beijing Airport .
history
China Xinhua Airlines was founded in August 1992 and made its maiden flight in 1993.
In June 2001, the airline was integrated into the HNA Group as a subsidiary and, from 2007, merged with other airlines to form Grand China Air . However, this merger was still not fully completed - China Xinhua Airlines flies under the brand identity of its sister companies, but still under its own name.
