Choe Kum-hui (born July 1, 1987 ) is a North Korean water diver . She starts in the 10 m high diving as well as in the 10 m synchronized diving.

She competed in her first international competitions in 2006. At the Asian Games in Doha she was sixth in the individual from the tower and also won the bronze medal in the 10 m synchronized jumping with Hong In-sun . A year later, the duo won the silver medal together at the Universiade in Bangkok . Choe qualified in 2008 at the World Cup in Beijing with her new dubbing partner Kim Un-hyang for the Olympic Games in the same place. In the 10-m synchronized jumping they took a respectable sixth place in the Olympic competition. Choe remained successful with Kim Un-hyang in the 10-meter synchronized jumping. In the Universiade 2009 in Belgrade they won silver at the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou bronze. Choe took part in a world championship for the first time in Shanghai in 2011 , but was eliminated in the individual from the tower as 27th after the preliminary fight. In the 10 m synchronized jumping she finished tenth with Kim Jin-ok .
