Chomjakiwka ( Ukrainian Хом'яківка ; Russian Хомяковка Chomjakowka , Polish Chomiakówka ) is a village in the western Ukrainian Oblast Ivano-Frankivsk with about 950 inhabitants (2001).
Khomjakivka is located on the banks of the Strymba ( Стримба ), a 44 km long tributary of the Worona in Tysmenytsja district . The village, first mentioned in writing in 1457, is the only place in the district council of the same name . The district center of Tysmenytsja is 7 km north of the village and the Oblast capital Ivano-Frankivsk is 17 km northeast of the village.
