Choir week
As a choir Week events are referred to, in which a larger number of choir singers or choirs come together at a jointly developed project. Some choir weeks lead to a publicly accessible festival or also include a choir competition .
Some choir weeks are also organized as a series of choir concerts on consecutive days. Occasionally the intensive rehearsal work of a single choir is also called this.

The annual events include, among others
- the annual choir week of the Kassel International Working Group for Music in Bad Harzburg (since 1958 by Hermann Kreutz )
- the Vienna Choir Festival , which has been taking place in various districts of Vienna every year since the 1990s
- the Rothenfels Choir Weeks under Stefan Rauh
- the choir weeks in Vierzehnheiligen (annually in spring and autumn), organized by the Archdiocese of Bamberg .
Further choir weeks take place at irregular intervals, for example
