Christa Götz

Christa Götz (born July 19, 1948 in Windsbach ) is a Bavarian farmer and was a member of the Bavarian state parliament for the CSU parliamentary group from 2002 to 2008 .

Life

First she attended elementary school in Windsbach. From 1954 she attended the vocational school. She then completed rural home economics and attended the Hesselberg rural community college from 1966 to 1977 .

Christa Götz is married and has two children. She has been a district councilor in the Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district since 1996 and has also been a city councilor since 2002.

On November 1, 2002 Götz moved into the state parliament as a successor because her party colleague Josef Göppel had become a member of the Bundestag. In the state elections in 2003 she was elected to the state parliament for the first time.

Along with Marcel Huber (CSU) and Henning Kaul (CSU), she was a member of the Environment and Agriculture Committee ("Environment Committee"). She was also a member of the Agriculture and Forestry Committee.

In the state elections in 2008 , as a candidate on the list for the Middle Franconia district, she was unable to return to the state parliament due to the heavy losses suffered by the CSU.
