Christel Zuchowski (born April 4, 1936 in Berlin ; † September 14, 2018 ), née Peschlow , was a German politician ( CDU ).

Life

Christel Zuchowski attended the Gymnasium Zum Grauen Kloster . After completing secondary school, she trained as a photographer. From 1978 she was employed by a savings bank.

Politics and party

Zuchowski was a member of the Spandau district council from 1979 to 1990 and was the deputy head of the district council from 1989 to 1990. She had a seat in the Berlin House of Representatives from 1991 to 1999.

Zuchowski joined the CDU in 1970. From 1996 to 2000 she was chairwoman of the CDU Spandau.
