Christhard Schrenk

Christhard Schrenk (born November 29, 1958 in Stuttgart ) is a German historian . He works and publishes in the field of regional history of Baden-Württemberg with a focus on Heilbronn . Schrenk has been director of the Heilbronn City Archives since 1992 .

Scientific career

Schrenk attended the Ernst-Abbe-Gymnasium in Oberkochen and studied mathematics and history at the University of Konstanz . In 1986 he received his doctorate with a thesis on the agricultural structure in Hegau in the 18th century at the University of Konstanz. At the University of Heilbronn is Schrenk honorary professor and since 1993 lecturer in the course Business Administration in Transport and Logistics (VB) with lectures on economic history and civilization.
