Christian Enders

Christian Enders (born April 12, 1899 in Grebenroth ; † October 21, 1984 ) was a German politician ( SPD ) and former member of the Hessian state parliament .

Life

After graduating from elementary school from 1913 to 1918, Christian Enders did a forestry apprenticeship and attended forestry school from 1919 to 1920. After graduating, he was a forest assistant from 1921 to 1925, from 1926 to 1928 auxiliary forester and until retirement on April 30, 1964, community forester and then chief forester in Idstein . From 1946 he was district hunting advisor and from 1957 deputy district hunting advisor.

Christian Enders had been a member of the SPD since 1924. He held many board positions in the SPD. From 1952 he was chairman of the SPD district association Untertaunus and the SPD local association Idstein and since 1950 board member of the Wiesbaden sub-district of the SPD.

From 1928 to 1932 he was a city councilor in Idstein. After the war he was again from 1946 to 1948 and from 1960 to 1972 city councilor and from 1948 to 1960 and from 1972 to 1981 city council in Idstein. At the same time he was from 1948 first district member of the Untertaunuskreis .

From December 1, 1962 to November 30, 1970, he was a member of the Hessian state parliament for two electoral terms. In 1964 he was a member of the 4th Federal Assembly .

NSDAP membership

In a study published by historian Hans-Peter Klausch on behalf of the Die Linke parliamentary group in the Hessian state parliament in 2011 , Christian Ender's membership in the NSDAP is revealed. According to this study, he was accepted as a member of the NSDAP on May 1, 1937 under membership number 5,927,518 after the first ban on admission was relaxed .
