Christian Günther (moderator)
Christian Günther (born March 19, 1938 in Potsdam ; † April 21, 2001 in Bremen ) was a German presenter , speaker and actor .
biography
After graduating from high school, Günther studied theater studies in Cologne and graduated from the Max Reinhardt School for Drama in Berlin . He then moved to the Theater am Goetheplatz in Bremen . He got a part-time job at Radio Bremen , where he worked full-time as a speaker and presenter from 1963. He became known for the programs Hitline International , Popkarton and Lost & Found , which were broadcast on Hansawelle and later on Radio Bremen 4 . Until his death he moderated the evening show Please, Mr. DJ on the Hansawelle and was the popular and humorous stadium announcer at Werder Bremen for almost 20 years .
In the German dubbing of the television series Knight Rider , Günther spoke the opening sequence and, as the narrator's voice, the corresponding radio plays .
