Christian Hentschel

Christian Hentschel (* 1967 in East Berlin ) is a German music journalist , book author , music manager and label owner .

Life

Hentschel published biographies about Keimzeit , City and the Puhdys , among other things . He also wrote the guidebooks Musician Guide and Popstar in 100 Days. In 2004 he brought out the music magazine melodie & rhythmus as a publisher. In 2007 Hentschel gave the magazine to Eulenspiegel Verlag and was editor-in-chief of melodie & rhythmus until 2008 . In the summer of 2015, Hentschel started the print music magazine Schall together with Christian KL Fischer . Hentschel released albums by Dirk Zöllner , Omega , Sandow , Volkmann and Keimzeit on the dunefish label . He was the manager of the a cappella formation muSix .

Hentschel lives in Berlin and is the father of three children.
