Christian Lochte
Christian Lochte (born October 4, 1935 , † September 3, 1991 in Langon , France) was a German lawyer and civil servant.
Lochte was a member of the CDU and from 1981 until his death head of the Hamburg State Office for the Protection of the Constitution .
The fictional character Lodge Hecht, head of the Hamburg State Office for the Protection of the Constitution in the 1992 film The Democratic Terrorist , is based on Christian Lochte.
