Christian Manz (special effects artist)

Christian Manz is a VFX supervisor , who at Framestore CFC works and 2011 for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 for the Oscar in the category visual effects best was nominated.

Life

Manz studied applied arts at Kingston University in London . After graduating, he started working at Framestore as a visual effects specialist . He has worked on television series such as The Tenth Kingdom , Dinotopia and Primeval - Return of the Primeval Monsters .

He first worked as a VFX supervisor in the films Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and The Golden Compass . In 2011, he was nominated for an Academy Award for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 in the Best Visual Effects category. He is currently working on the feature film 47 Ronin with Keanu Reeves .
