Christian J. Mohn (born April 20, 1926 - January 4, 2019 ) was a Norwegian ski jumper and later a ski sports official. From 1978 to 1980 he was President of the Norwegian Ski Association.

Career

Mohn, who started for the IL Heming , got the place of substitute jumper at the 1948 Winter Olympics in St. Moritz after good national performances . However, it was not used. Two years later at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lake Placid in 1950 , he narrowly missed a medal and was fourth on the normal hill. Four years later at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun in 1954 , he jumped 70.5 and 73 meters and ended up in 20th place.

After the end of his active career, he was active as a functionary. From 1978 to 1980 he was President of the Norwegian Ski Association ( Norwegian Norges Ski Association ). From 1979 to 1982 he was co-owner of the Dr. Holms Hotels in Geilo .
