Christian Salomon Zeidler

Christian Salomon Zeidler (born November 13, 1687 in Annaberg ; † February 15, 1754 in Johanngeorgenstadt ) was a Saxon mountain master and mine separator .

The son of the later miner Paul Christoph Zeidler , who later worked as a notary in Annaberg in the Ore Mountains, was initially active as a smelting clerk and mine separator from 1711 before he became vice miner in the Saxon mining town of Johanngeorgenstadt in 1714/18. In 1729 he took over the management of the local mining office as a miner .

The tomb of the Zeidler family in the cemetery in Johanngeorgenstadt has been preserved to this day in a badly weathered condition.
