Christian Vogel (* 1981 in Marsberg ) is a German television journalist , screenwriter and film director .
Life
Christian Vogel is a trained plumber and journalist . After school and training, he completed a degree in technical journalism from 2004 to 2008 at the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences . After internships, among others at action concept , at VOX and at WDR , he did an internship at the Hessischer Rundfunk in 2009 . He has been working there since 2010 as a reporter, author and editor for various departments. He is currently working for the knowledge magazine Xenius on arte .
His passions are motorcycling and traveling. In 2001 he traveled to Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay as a backpacker . In 2003 he went on another backpacking trip that took him through Australia , Singapore , Malaysia , Thailand and Cambodia . Almost all of Europe was traveled by him on two wheels with his BMW R 1200 GS Adventure K51 .
His motorcycle trip around the world has now turned into his first film - NO MATTER WHAT COMES , which will be shown in cinemas from August 2nd, 2018.
