Born in Lower Franconia, he began his career as a youth at TSV Uettingen and Würzburger FV . In 2001 Wiesner received his first professional contract with SpVgg Ansbach 09 in the Regionalliga Süd. After two years at Spvgg, he moved to 1. FC Nürnberg in the 2. Bundesliga and played three times in the promotion team in 2004, but was then only used in the lower-class amateur team. In 2005 he moved to SpVgg Bayreuth , where he made 23 appearances and one goal in the Regionalliga Süd. He also played in the Bayreuth national league team that season.

After the club did not receive a regional league license from the DFB in 2006 due to financial problems , the full-back found a new job at SV Darmstadt 98 . Wiesner was a member of the regional league squad for the lilies until 2010, where he played 28 games. After that he did not find a new club and remained without a club in the following seasons until he returned to SV98 in 2013/14 and signed a contract with the 2nd team in the association league. In the 2014/15 season he played for 1. FC Eschborn in the Oberliga Hessen. There he came to 16 missions.
