Christiane Koschier-Bitante

Christiane Koschier-Bitante (* 19th September 1974 in Innsbruck as Christiane Koschier ) is a former Austrian cyclist and national champion in the road race (1993).

Career

In 1991 Christiane Koschier-Bitante and her sister Andrea Purner-Koschier became Austrian champion in the pair time trial . In 1993 she became the national road racing champion and in 1994 she finished third.

In October 2014 Christiane Koschier was shot by a hunter during a training drive in Colloredo (Italy). Her shotgun pellets had to be removed at the hospital, but she was soon able to leave the clinic.
