Christiane Zimmermann

Christiane Zimmermann (* 1962 in Munich ) is a German Protestant theologian.

Life

From 1982 to 1988 she studied Greek studies , Protestant theology and classical archeology in Munich , where she passed the state examination in Greek and Protestant theology in 1988 . At Hellmut Flashar she was awarded a Dr. phil. PhD at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . She was a research assistant from 1991 to 1999 at the theological faculty of the Church University of Berlin , then at the Humboldt University of Berlin . From 2000 to 2003 she was a lecturer at the Faculty of Protestant Theology . From 2003 to 2005 she taught as a lecturer at the theological faculty of the Humboldt University in Berlin. As a research assistant (2005–2006) , she qualified as a professor in 2006 for the subject of the New Testament at the theological faculty of the Humboldt University in Berlin. From 2006 to 2016 she was lecturer for ancient Greek at the theological faculty of the Humboldt University in Berlin. At the theological faculty of the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen she represented Reinhard Feldmeier on the chair in the winter semester 2013/2014. Since the 2016/2017 winter semester, she has been teaching as professor for the history of theology and literature of the New Testament at the theological faculty of the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel .
