Christina Binder

Christina Binder (* 1973 in Salzburg ) is an Austrian legal scholar .

Life

From 2015 to 2017 she was professor for international law at the University of Vienna . Since April 2017 she has been teaching as a professor ( BesGrp W 3 ) for international law with special attention to international human rights protection at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich .

Her main research interests are international human rights protection, human rights protection in Latin America , rights of indigenous peoples , democratization ; International standards of political participation , international criminal law, women's rights , international treaty law and international investment law.
