Christina Murphy

Christina Murphy (born October 1, 1981 in Austin , Texas ) is an American actress .

Life

Murphy was born and raised in Austin, Texas. When she was in sixth grade, she was the model for her parents' business that was featured in advertisements. She graduated from Austin University and graduated in 2004 with a BA in Theater and Dance and Fashion Design .

In the comedy The New Guy , which appeared in 2002 with DJ Qualls and Eddie Griffin , she was given an extra role as a dancer in Homecoming . In 2005 she starred in Blake Shelton's music video for the single Goodbye Time . In the same year she appeared in a supporting role as Stacy in the television movie High School News - Top Confidential! from ABC Family . She then got a guest role on the ABC series Big Shots in 2007 . She starred as Debbie in the 2008 comedy Remembering Phil . In the dance film parody Dance Flick - The very last dance film (2009), she embodied the supporting role Nora . Directed by Damien Dante Wayans , a nephew of the Wayans brothers. In the horror film Hyenas , a direct-to-DVD production , she played the role of Gina , where she stood in front of the camera with Costas Mandylor and Meshach Taylor , who can be seen in the leading roles. In 2012 she appeared in the television series Bitter Bartender and Call Time for one episode each.
