Christine Neumann

Christine Neumann , also Christine Neumann-Martin (born October 3, 1986 in Karlsruhe ), is a German politician of the Christian Democratic Union of Germany (CDU). She has been a member of the Baden-Württemberg state parliament since 2016.

Life

After completing secondary school, Neumann completed an apprenticeship as an administrative administrator at the Karlsruhe Regional Council. From 2007 to 2011 she studied social pedagogy and social work at the Evangelical University in Ludwigsburg. She also worked for 15 months as a district social worker at the youth welfare office of the city of Speyer and six months as a district social worker for the city of Karlsruhe. Between 2013 and 2016 she was an aid planner and case manager at the integration aid department of the city of Karlsruhe. During her time in Karlsruhe, she completed a distance learning course in adult education at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. She has been a member of the CDU since 2009. In 2016, she succeeded in moving into the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg .

She has been a member of the Junge Union and the CDU since 2006 . In addition, Neumann has been the deputy district chairwoman of the Junge Union Karlsruhe Land since 2009 and the deputy district chairwoman of the Junge Union Nordbaden since 2013. In addition, she has been a re-founding member and board member of the Ettlingen Women's Union since 2009 as well as an assessor in the CDU local association in Bruchhausen . In 2014 she became vice chairwoman of the CDU city association of Ettlingen. She has been a member of the Baden-Württemberg state parliament since April 10, 2016. She is a member of the committee for science, research and the arts as well as the investigative committee on right- wing terrorism / NSU BW II . She is also a deputy member of the Committee for Home Affairs, Digitization and Migration, for Economics, Labor and Housing, for Transport and in the investigative committee for allowances in Ludwigsburg . She is also the vice-chairwoman of the Committee for Social Affairs and Integration
