Christine Mummhardt (* December 27, 1951 in Dresden , born Christine Walther ) is a former German volleyball player .
Christine Mummhardt was a multiple GDR national player . She took part in the Olympic Games twice, finishing sixth in Montreal in 1976 and winning the silver medal in Moscow in 1980 . With her teammates, she was awarded the Patriotic Order of Merit in bronze in the same year .
Christine Mummhardt played for SC Dynamo Berlin and was GDR champion six times between 1972 and 1979 . She also won the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1978 .
