Johann Christoffer Drathmann (born May 10, 1856 in Bremen , † April 30, 1932 in Berlin-Charlottenburg ) was a German hunting, animal and landscape painter.

Drathmann initially worked as a businessman. From 1878 he studied at the Grand Ducal Baden Art School in Karlsruhe . From 1880 he continued his self-taught training in the painting trade . He continued his studies privately in Munich from 1885. He then settled in Berlin in 1886 as a hunting, animal and landscape painter. He was particularly known as a hunting painter and was nicknamed deer draftsman . He often visited the Jasnitz hunting grounds in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district , and went on study trips to Denmark and Russia . Since 1885 he exhibited his works in Berlin art salons, they found buyers in the circles of collectors of hunting painting.
