The Circuit d'Albi, also Circuit des Planques, is a motorsport race track in Le Sequestre near Albi in the Tarn department in southwestern France .

Albi has a motorsport tradition of almost 85 years. From 1933 the Circuit des Planques hosted races. In 1951 , the French Grand Prix , which was part of the motorcycle world championship for the first time , was held on the then 8901 meter long road circuit . The 250cc world champion of the previous season , the Italian Dario Ambrosini , was killed in an accident in training in the 250 cm³ class .

Today's Circuit d'Albi has been in use since 1959, as the old street circuit had become too dangerous for the faster vehicles. The piste is 3573 meters long and was built on the site of the Aéroport d'Albi-Le Séquestre .
