Clément Dumont (born July 22, 1993 ) is a French biathlete .

Clément Dumont took part in the Biathlon Junior World Championships 2012 to 2014 with great success . In 2012 he was 5th and 4th in the sprint and pursuit in Kontiolahti , in individual he was 14th, with Florian Rivot and Aristide Bègue he also won the title in the relay competition. In 2013 in Obertilliach , after finishing 13th and 10th in the sprint and pursuit, he won the bronze medal in the individual behind Alexander Loginow and Dino Butković . With Mathieu Legrand , Dany Chavoutier and Quentin Fillon Maillet , he was also vice world champion with the relay. In 2014 he won the vice world title again in Presque Isle with Aristide Bègue, Dany Chavoutier and Fabien Claude . At the junior races of the Biathlon European Championships in Bansko in 2013 he reached top ten places with 9th place in the sprint and 10th in the pursuit race, in 2014 in Nové Město na Moravě he was 10th in the individual, 13th in the sprint and 5th in the pursuit.

Dumont made his international men's debut in 2013 in Obertilliach in the IBU Cup and won first points in the racing series as 33rd in the sprint and 26th in the pursuit. These are the Frenchman's best results so far in the racing series.

At the French Biathlon Championships in 2012 , Claude in Bessans won the relay title alongside Antonin Guigonnat and Rémi Borgeot .
