The Clark Point is a headland at the Banzare coast of the East Antarctic Wilke country . It is located on the east side of the entrance to Paulding Bay .
The US cartographer Gardner Dean Blodgett (* 1925) made an initial mapping using aerial photographs of the US Operation Highjump (1946–1947). The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the headland in 1955 after George W. Clark, midshipman on the Sloop Peacock during the United States Exploring Expedition (1838–1842) led by polar explorer Charles Wilkes .
