Claudia Hauschildt-Buschberger

Claudia Hauschildt-Buschberger (born February 6, 1970 in Solingen , Germany ) is an Austrian politician of the Greens . Since October 23, 2019, she has been a member of the Federal Council delegated by the Upper Austrian Landtag .

Life

Claudia Hauschildt-Buschberger grew up in North Rhine-Westphalia and attended the Dietrich-Bonhoeffer-Gymnasium in Hilden after finishing primary school at Brückentor . In 1985 she moved to the Vöcklabruck district in Upper Austria . Since 2007 she has been working as a legal advisor and social worker in the field of asylum and immigration ( Volkshilfe Refugee and Migrant Care FMB). Hauschildt-Buschberger is the mother of three children.

Since 1990 she has been active with the Greens in Upper Austria with interruptions , where she was initially a financial officer on the provincial board. In Seewalchen am Attersee she has been a member of the local council and parliamentary group chairwoman of the Greens since 2012, and has been chairwoman of the environmental committee of the market town and a member of the local council since 2015 . She is the district spokeswoman for the Greens in the Vöcklabruck district and a member of the Provincial Board of the Greens in Upper Austria. Since October 23, 2019, she has been a member of the Federal Council delegated by the Upper Austrian Landtag . She replaced David Stögmüller , who moved to the National Council.
