Claudius Koerber

Claudius Körber (born January 2, 1982 in Dresden ) is a German theater actor .

Life

From 2003 to 2007 he studied acting at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna .

Claudius Körber took part in numerous productions at the Max Reinhardt Seminar, among others in “The Arabian Night”, “Richard III”, “The Walls” and “0 °”.

In 2007 he was u. a. to be seen in “The Ubu Complex” by D. Maayan at the Schauspielhaus Wien .

From 2007 to 2013 Claudius Körber was a member of the ensemble of the Schauspielhaus Graz . Here he was seen in the role of Oedipus in the play of the same name by Sophocles . In the 2009/2010 season, Körber played the title role in Macbeth , directed by Anna Badora . In October 2010, Körber celebrates its premiere as Hamlet in the production by Theu Boermans at the Graz Schauspielhaus .

Claudius Körber has been a permanent member of the Schauspielhaus Zurich ensemble since 2013 . He has been cast in "Yvonne Princess of Burgundy" by Witold Gombrowicz , directed by Barbara Frey , as well as in "Obesity unimportant: Unform" by Werner Schwab , directed by Sophia Bodamer or Andorra by Max Frisch and directed by Bastian Kraft participated .

Awards

In 2012 Claudius Körber won the Nestroy Audience Award .
