Anne Messerschmidt , b. Anne Breitfeld , (* 1980 in Karl-Marx-Stadt ) is a German actress .

Life

The freelance actress lives with her husband and two sons in Berlin. As a child she already gained various stage experiences at the Chemnitz City Theaters . In 2000, at the age of 19, she played Gretchen in the 20Faust00 production at the Schauspielhaus Chemnitz, a role that she played again six years later under the direction of Wolfram Mehring . After graduating from high school, she completed her acting studies at the Rostock University of Music and Theater . For her role of Bianca in Taming of the Shrew by Michael Gruner she was awarded the Hersfeld Prize . Furthermore, she had u. a. Engagements at the Staatstheater Cottbus , the Theater Dortmund , the Volkstheater Rostock , the Theater Konstanz , the Städtische Bühnen Münster and is currently a member of the ensemble at the Berlin Criminal Theater .
