Clemente Grosso della Rovere OFMConv (* 1462 in Savona ; † August 18, 1504 in Rome ) was a cardinal of the Catholic Church .

Clemente was the eldest son of Antonio Grosso and Maria Basso della Rovere, sister of Cardinal Girolamo Basso della Rovere and niece of Pope Sixtus IV. Clemente got his father's surname and kept the addition della Rovere due to the importance of the noble family.

The brother of Leonardo Grosso della Rovere entered the order of the Minorites and on August 27, 1483 became Bishop of Mende . In 1495 he became vice delegate in Avignon and a year later rector of Comtat Venaissin . After his return from Avignon, Pope Julius II elevated him to cardinal on November 29, 1503 and on December 6, 1503 to cardinal priest of Ss. XII Apostoli appointed.
