The Communauté d'agglomération de Charleville-Mézières (own name: Cœur d'Ardenne) was a French community association ( Communauté d'agglomération ) in the Ardennes department in what was then the Champagne-Ardenne region . It was founded on October 7, 2004 and merged with other municipal associations in the Ardenne Métropole with effect from January 1, 2014 .
