The Communauté de communes de Marie-Galante is a community association with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the French overseas department of Guadeloupe . It was founded on January 18, 1994 and comprises the three municipalities on the island of Marie-Galante . The seat is in the place Grand-Bourg . It was the first community association outside of mainland France.
