The Communauté d'agglomération Grand Sud Caraïbe is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté d'agglomération in the overseas department of Guadeloupe . It comprises eleven municipalities in the French overseas department of Guadeloupe . The municipalities are located in the southern part of the island of Basse-Terre and on the island group of Les Saintes .
