The Communauté d'agglomération du Nord Basse-Terre is a community association with the legal form of a Communauté d'agglomération in the French overseas department of Guadeloupe . It was founded on December 30, 2010 and comprises six municipalities on the north side of the island of Basse-Terre . The seat is in the village of Sainte-Rose .
