Condemned is an American brutal death metal band from Imperial Beach , California that was formed in 2004.
history
The band was founded in April 2004 by drummer Forrest Stedt and guitarist Steve Crow. This was followed by the first rehearsals in a garage before the bassist and friend of both Paul Hickey joined the band. Then they wrote new songs and found the name Condemned for their band. After about a year of rehearsals, the band found a rehearsal room. Then the band worked on their debut album, before Chris Ben-Judah joined the band as the second guitarist in July 2005. Crow and Stedt then planned to share the missing singer position on the following demo, but Angel Ochoa joined the cast at the end of September. In November 2005 the band recorded their demo Mass Burial . The band then separated from bassist Paul Hickey and guitarist Chris Ben-Judah. Then came the bassist Mario Pena and the guitarist Jerry Williams to the cast. Then the group reached a contract with Lacerated Enemy Records . The debut album Desecrate the Vile was released on this label in early 2007 . Then the band went on tour through Japan , Europe and the USA. In 2008 the band also took part in the Death Fest Open Air . Then the band separated from Jerry Williams and signed a contract with Unique Leader Records . The album Realms of the Ungodly was released at the end of 2011 . The band consisted of the bass player Mario Pena, the drummer Forrest Stedt, the guitarists Paul Avila and Steve Crow and the singer Angel Ochoa. In 2012 the band took part in the Extreme Festival. Meanwhile, Sam Townsley has joined the band as the new singer.
