Consiglio di Rumo is a village with 1,202 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2010) in the Italian province of Como in the Lombardy region . Consiglio di Rumo is located on Lake Como on Strada statale 340 between Gravedona and Dongo . In February 2011 the former municipality of Consiglio di Rumo was merged with Gravedona and Germasino to form the new municipality of Gravedona ed Uniti .
