Constance Radfan (born October 24, 1969 in Sassnitz ) is a former German volleyball player .
Constance Radfan started with volleyball in her home town at TZ Sassnitz . In 1983 she moved to SC Dynamo Berlin , with whom she was GDR champion and cup winner several times. With the successor club CJD Berlin she was twice German champion , four times DVV cup winner and 1993 winner of the European Cup Winners' Cup . In 1996 she moved to the Bavarian league competitor TV Dingolfing . Constance Radfan played a total of 178 times in the national teams of the GDR and Germany during her career . In 1996 she took part in the Olympic Games in Atlanta with the German national team and finished eighth there. Her sister Ariane Radfan also played in the German national volleyball team.
