Company history

CooperVision was registered as a public company (Inc) in 1980 and went public in 1983. CooperVision Inc. changed its name again to The Cooper Companies Inc. in 1987 and was divided into 3 divisions: Cooper Technicon, CooperSurgical and CooperVision.
