Life and sports career

Janzon spent the first five years of his life in Australia, then her family moved to Germany.

She started her basketball career at TSV Jahn Freising , in 1998 she moved to the second division club MTSV Schwabing . From there she went to league competitor Kicks Munich for the 1999/2000 season. After another three years in the second division, she moved to TSV Wasserburg and dared to make the leap into the first division before returning to MTSV Schwabing for the 2003/2004 season.

After completing her medical degree, she completed her practical year in Australia in 2007. There she played in the Australian WNBL with the Sydney Uni Flames. After that she worked in Trinidad and Scotland . During this time she did not play basketball, but was appointed to the German national team in 2008 and qualified for the FIBA European Championship in 2008.

For the 2008/2009 season Janzon moved back to the 1st women's basketball league for BBV Leipzig and was team captain there. But already in December 2008 the ways parted due to irreconcilable differences and a disturbed relationship of trust between Janzon and trainer Ritz Ingram or the BBV Leipzig . Janzon moved on this occasion to Nördlingen to the league competitor WWK BG Donau-Ries . For the 2009/2010 season she moved to the first division club SG BBZ Opladen , who relegated to the second division in the following season.

In 2011 she ended her career as a Bundesliga player.

Between 2013 and 2015 she won the league championship three times with BBZ Opladen. She has been playing for the BBZ Opladen regional league team since 2016 .

Today she looks after the German EM U16 girls as a team doctor.
